Sand coloured decorative external stone (Limassol Stone) is placed around all windows and doors. The parking space is paved with coloured patterned concrete.

The kitchen cabinets and benches are European manufactured with laminated worktop. Interior doors have a softwood frame faced with wooden veneer or Italian ready-made doors. Bedroom closets have doors made of 18mm MDF faced with wooden veneer or with Italian ready-made doors. There is a wooden pergola over the parking space.

All aluminium doors and windows are of series MU200 and MU700, coloured white and double glazed for sound and thermal insulation. A decorative protective rail/balustrade is fitted on the verandas and the staircase. The electrical installation complies with all the requirements of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus. There are sufficient power points installed, along with telephone and television jacking points in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.

Provision for electric storage heaters is available. Provision for installation of split type air-conditioning units is provided in all bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The front door lock is electrically operated. The plumbing and sanitary ware include the use of PVC pipes for potable, hot and cold water as well as drainage.

A solar heater with a pressure system is included. All bathrooms and WCs are fitted with high-quality white European made sanitary ware and fittings. Marble stairs are included in the price. The property can be finished to the optional client's taste and specifications.
